Not completely in love with your purchase? No problem!
Refunds
Refunds are available for full-priced items returned within 7 days of receiving your order (based on tracking information).
Exchanges & Store Credit
If the return exceeds the initial 7-day refund period, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) for an exchange or store credit.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item with a fault, please email the girls at heylaylaboutique@gmail.com with a clear photo of the fault. We will review it and replace the item as soon as possible, once it has been approved as a manufacturers fault.
If we are unable to source a replacement then we will be happy to provide you with a store credit to the value of the product, or refund the cost of the item only. To be eligible for a refund on a faulty item, you must contact us as soon as possible after receiving your item.
Please note that for an item to have a fault deemed as a manufacturer fault you must contact Hey Layla within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be classed as faulty, items must be a manufacturer fault, not faulty due to general wear and tear. Manufacturer faults include:
- Open Seams
- Broken Zippers or Buttons
- Broken Elastic Loops
- Puckering
- Colour Runs
Ineligible as Faulty
If care instructions for the garment are not followed, (ie. shrinkage from hot water wash or clothes dryer, etc) then, the item will be ineligible for return.
We generally recommend a cold hand wash and to line dry in the shade, however please check before washing your items their specific requirements according to their tags.
Items with general wear and tear will also be ineligible for return as a faulty item. This includes items which have obviously been worn, have makeup stains or fake tan etc on them.
